Sponsorships

Thank you for your interest in participating as a sponsor at the Utah Fall Substance Abuse Conference, the premiere mental health and substance abuse conference in the West. We are happy to announce that sponsorship opportunities have been updated again for more opportunities for brand exposure, information sharing, networking and data gathering. Additionally, only sponsors have the opportunity to volunteer at the hospitality desk or donate participant items for the conference such as bags or pens. Sponsors also receive the full list of registrants contact information.*

Application Form

Application Deadline Wednesday, August 23, 2017 by 5:00pm PDT. There are no early bird rates on sponsorship packages.

All exhibitors and sponsors must be approved by the Conference Committee before participation in the conference is finalized. A representative will be in touch promptly after submission of the online form to confirm participation and provide your organization with more details.

Platinum – $10,000

  • Triple size exhibitor space in prime location (3 booths – in succession)
  • Up to $500 towards audiovisual at the Dixie Convention Center towards your audiovisual order, if applicable (no cash value)
  • Co-Sponsorship (with host organization) of a lunch, signage to be placed at the Dixie Convention Center
  • Banner ad on conference Facebook page, Cover Photo “Thank you” to sponsor with organization logo

  • Registration for seven (7) representatives

  • Included in one “thank you” email before conference in listserv announcement

Silver – $3,000

  • Exhibit booth in prime location
  • Co-Sponsorship of all break(s) along with the host organization, includes signage at break locations
  • Registration for five (5) representatives
  • List of participants and contact information*
  • Logo on the website and event signage
  • Included in one “thank you” email before conference in listserv announcement

Bronze – $1,750

* List of participant contact information will be for those participants who agree to receive announcements and news from sponsors.

Please Note:
The Conference Committee must approve all sponsors.
Sponsor options and format, other than those listed above, must be approved and negotiated with the Conference Committee.

Graphics

  • Logos must be received immediately after approval/application for sponsors in order to correctly market and place logos on marketing materials.
  • Acceptable file formats for logos include EPS, high resolution PDF, JPG or TIF. Files should be saved in the original application/file format in which they were created with no bleeds. Images should be high resolution and received in the file size you wish to have it printed; i.e., 600 dpi or higher for black and white, 300 dpi or higher for color/grayscale. Please do not send logos/images from word processing software, presentation software or websites.

Door Prizes

We would like to invite sponsors to contribute a door prize(s). Exhibitors are welcome to provide door prizes at their booths. Please contact UNR at contactus@ufsac.org if you have any questions about door prizes.

Payment, Cancellation and Refund Policy

All payments must be received prior to the event. The conference organizer reserves the right to refuse admission if full payment is not received prior to the event. The conference organizer must receive official cancellation from the sponsor, exhibitor, or advertising organization by Wednesday, August 23, 2017 by 5:00pm to provide a full refund. If the conference organizer is notified of cancellation after the date, no refund will be provided.
